As a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant, you will advise construction costs and contracts from project planning to the construction phase. You will also be responsible for establishing the project budget and ensuring the project is completed within budget.

• Quantity Surveyors / Cost Consultants can extract the approximate quantities for cost budgeting using 3D models created in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
