Facilities Managers

As a Facilities Manager, you will be ensuring maintenance considerations are incorporated upfront during the project planning phase to achieve cost savings and reduce energy use over the building lifecycle. Your role also includes maintenance and operation of buildings and facilities to ensure they perform at optimal levels.

• Building performance can be tracked real-time and compared against past data or data from other similar buildings to achieve more efficient resource deployment.

• To accelerate decarbonisation efforts, Facilities Managers collaborate with supply chain leads to optimise energy performance and achieve sustained low emissions in buildings and districts.
